Instructor Led Training
Training Consultants provide high-quality training that gives the individual attention needed when learning a new system. The class size is generally best limited to 8-10 students for achieving the greatest effectiveness. Often a system implementation is closely linked with business processes, it is therefore important to receive training on the configured system and company defined processes rather than an out-of-the-box version of the software.

Web-Based Training
Virtual instructor led training is recommended for short focused sessions to demonstrate new features or areas of difficulty, ideal for training in local language and across various time zones.
Train the Trainer
Train the Trainer programs from Global QuEST are developed to meet the clients’ specific needs. This may be training a team of internal trainers who are then able to deliver specialist training courses to the user base for the complete roll-out of a new system, or for internal trainers who will be responsible for delivering specialist training courses to new users once the initial roll-out has been completed by Global QuEST.
