Reference 1 - Boehringer Ingelheim

Extract from reference provided by the Business Project Manager IDEA for Controlled Document, Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH

During her assignments Karen Jones showed strong project management and leadership capabilities.  Based on her analytical and structural skills, she was able to break down complex issues into “manageable” parts and work packages, thus keeping the people she was supervising focused on the objectives of the project.  Her strong organisational skills helped her to successfully structure her work and to meet all given deadlines within the given budget and within the technical framework given by Boehringer Ingelheim.

Her interpersonal skills, her open mind and her enthusiasm enabled Karen to successfully liaise with different teams and people, even under difficult circumstances.  She was very well accepted by the global and local teams, the business and the functional units she was working for and by her colleagues.  She demonstrated the necessary flexibility for frequent worldwide travel, working at unusual hours and dealing with very different cultures from North and South America, via Europe to Southeast Asia.

Reference 2 – Amersham Health (Now GE Healthcare)

Extract from testimonial provided by the Change Stream Leader, Amersham Health

The value of having a Training Manager in place was most apparent during two key phases of the MEDINA project. Firstly, during the development of training materials, when Amersham provided comments on the documentation using a variety of different channels and over a number of iterations. Michelle Davies's role was to collate and incorporate amendments as appropriate, acting as a single point of reference for any Amersham queries.

Secondly during the planning and execution of the training roll out, Michelle's role was crucial in managing the logistics of a complex global programme. Michelle dealt first hand with any issues or queries the trainers raised, resolving many without the need for Amersham involvement. She was also instrumental in managing any performance issues flagged by the business or in cascading feedback/key messages relating to MEDINA across the training team for onward communication to Amersham delegates.

The MEDINA team has no hesitation recommending the team for Document Management training in the pharmaceutical industry.
