What are the features of Preseal?

Watertight & Resistant

Preseal – a synthetic rubber membrane – is watertight and completely resistant to air pollution, wind, ultra violet light, chemical pollutants and extreme temperatures. Its cross-linked molecular structure makes it totally stable and age resistant.

Lead Alternative

Preseal's colour, self-adhesive properties, durability and green credentials making it a workable alternative to lead flashing for roofing and industrial construction. And, due to its lead-like appearance, Preaseal is suitable for use on listed buildings, churches and other heritage structures. Learn More...

Complete Solution

Preseal is manufactured in strips to accommodate any width and using a specially developed 100% MS Polymer waterproof adhesive, it can be applied to timber, brick, stone, glass, concrete, aluminium and even damp surfaces without the need for priming. The Preseal adhesive is applied directly to the substructure, using a cartridge gun and the Preseal membrane to the adhesive. Within just 24 hours a permanent seal is achieved (alternative applications may be used to effectively pressure seal buildings).

Preseal offers a complete solution for a number of façade applications including rain screen cladding, aluminium and window glazing. Features & Benefits
