The Preseal system can withstand structural and thermal movement of up to 400%, returning back to its original shape without being compromised. Preseal contains no plasticiser so will not shrink or crack.

Installation is fast and efficient, with no need for primer or glue substances.

The Preseal system has a life expectancy greater than 50 years and conforms to all major building regulations.
